The Green Scapular or Scapular of the Immaculate Heart of Mary is sold as a Roman Catholic devotional scapular by the Society of the Green Scapular. It should not be confused with other similarly-termed: the White Scapular of the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

According to the Encyclopedia of Catholic Devotions and Practices, the Green scapular is not the habit of any confraternity and is not properly a scapular, because it does not have a front and a back part.[1] The Society of the Green Scapular is not a confraternity approved by the Catholic Church.

The Society of the Green Scapular attributes this scapular to a private revelation by the Blessed Virgin Mary to Sister Justine Bisqueyburo in the early 1840s, in Paris, France.[2]
